You only pay for the package you buy. The available packages and their limits are under "Prices and plans", and the amount is charged yearly.

After signing up and confirming your account by email (check the spam folder), open the menu with the three horizontal bars icon and then click "+ Space".
Finally click the package you want and complete the payment.
As soon as the payment is confirmed you receive the plan you bought.
After signing in with your email and password, open the menu with the three horizontal bars icon and then click "Profile" under "Useful shortcuts".
Finally edit the details you want and press the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
